Packaging
All items are carefully packaged at our fulfillment centre to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality foam to secure the package. Delivery Time & Tracking Information
Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. For re-shipping the missed package, the charges will be borne by the customer. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

myhomestore.in offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.

Return Policy
Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at myhomestore.in. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.

A Product Is Only Eligible For Return Under The Following Conditions:
• A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product is not the item selected during order confirmation.
• If the product is received in a damaged condition. *Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
• To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.


Return Process
Here are the steps to include on your website for filing a return request:

1. Do Not Accept Damaged Packages: If the delivery box appears damaged upon arrival, refuse to accept the package.

2. Record an Unboxing Video: Before unboxing, record a video showing the unopened package and the product inside. Ensure the video clearly displays the condition of the product and the packaging.

3. Mandatory Video Requirement: Return requests will not be processed without an unboxing video. Make sure to provide this video to avoid delays.

4. Submit Your Return Request: If the product is damaged or incorrect, share the unboxing video via WhatsApp using the number provided on our website.

Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail/WhatsApp with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 working days for delivery at our warehouse.
Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 working days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

Points To Remember:
• Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
• Product should be unused and in the original condition.
• Product can be returned for a refund, processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
• myhomestore.in reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a store credit or refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with 6 months expiry date and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
All other refunds will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. For Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours of order.
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at +91 83603 73387 (Monday – Friday 11 AM to 6 PM) or mail us at info@myhomestore.in. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us.
